(11:45AM - 7/20/20) Multiple disturbances will be moving through the region will continue to bring a low end severe t'storm threat to portions of the state, through tonight.

Summary...
Tuesday, July 21st Forecast...
Scattered areas of showers and t'storms have been ongoing across portions of Northern and Central Illinois this morning. Isolated severe t'storms have occurred with one of the clusters, as it has pushed across Eastern Illinois. All of this activity will exit Northeast and Eastern Illinois within the next for hours. In the wake of this early day activity, some clearing and destabilization will occur across the state. As another disturbance moves across the state this afternoon into tonight, additional scattered showers and t'storms will move across the state along with it. This activity, in the form of clusters and scattered activity, will push across the state this afternoon into tonight. An environment in place will feature low to moderate instability, high moisture, marginal shear and marginal forcing. This will support upwards of a minimal severe t'storm threat across much of the state. Damaging winds, large hail and an isolated  will be the main threats. Additionally, given recent heavy rainfall across portions of the state and the expected additional rainfall, some localized flooding and high rainfall totals will be possible.

Wednesday, July 22nd Forecast...
While isolated to scattered showers and t'storms will be possible in the vicinity of a front across far Southern Illinois Wednesday morning into Wednesday night, any severe t'storm threat is negligible.

Sunday, July 19th...
As a "cold" front pushed into the state, an axis of scattered showers and t'storms developed ahead of it, and moved across portions of Northern and Central Illinois, early Sunday morning into early Sunday afternoon. Some of this activity was severe, with damaging winds being the common threat. Localized flooding also occurred in some areas. Additional scattered showers and t'storms developed across portions of Central and Southern Illinois Sunday afternoon and evening. This activity moved across these areas through Sunday night. Isolated severe t'storms occurred, with damaging winds and large hail having been the common threats. Localized flooding also occurred in some areas.

Monday, July 20th Recap...

Isolated to scattered showers and t'storms pushed across portions of Southern Illinois Monday morning. As a disturbance moved through the day on Monday, additional scattered showers and t'storms developed and moved across Southern and Central Illinois, Monday afternoon into  Monday night. Isolated severe t'storms occurred, with damaging winds and large hail the main threats. Additionally, some localized flooding also occurred in some areas.
