Isolated to widely scattered severe t'storms will be likely, posing a risk of damaging wind, large hail and a few tornadoes.

Impacts... •Snowfall accumulation upwards of a dusting to 3" will be possible across portions of Northern Illinois, this afternoon through Monday afternoon. •Periods of high winds are expected across much of Illinois this afternoon through Monday afternoon, with wind gusts of 35-45MPH are expected.
