•Friday morning - Saturday morning, Dec 2-3rd: Much of Illinois.

Impacts...
•A period or two of high winds is expected across a large portion of the state, Friday morning through Saturday morning, with wind gusts upwards of 35-45MPH likely.
•The first period of high winds will affect much of the state, with southerly wind gusts upwards of 35-45MPH Friday morning into Friday night. The second period of high winds will affect the northern half of the state, with northwesterly wind gusts of 30-45MPH Friday night through Saturday morning.
