​​​​​​(9:00PM Thur, Dec 1st 2022) As a storm system moves through the region Friday and Saturday, it will bring the opportunity for two periods of high winds to much of the state.

•Friday morning - Saturday morning, Dec 2-3rd: Much of Illinois.

Impacts...
•Two periods of high winds is expected across a large portion of the state, Friday morning through Saturday morning, with wind gusts upwards of 35-50MPH likely.
•The first period of high winds will affect much of the state, with southerly wind gusts upwards of 30-50MPH Friday morning into Friday night. The second period of high winds will affect much of the state, with northwesterly wind gusts of 30-45MPH Friday night through Saturday morning.
