​​(10:30PM Thursday - 7/21/22) As multiple disturbances move through the region over the next few days, a few rounds of rain/t'storms are expected across the state. Given environmental conditions expected to be in place, a severe t'storm risk is expected with some of this activity over the next few days.

•Friday Afternoon - Early Saturday Morning, July 22-23rd: Northern and Central Illinois.
•Early Saturday Morning - Early Sunday Morning, July 23-24th: Northern Illinois.

Impacts...
•A level 1 severe t'storm risk is in place across Northern and Central Illinois, from Friday afternoon through early Saturday morning. Isolated severe t'storms will be possible, posing a risk of damaging winds and large hail.
•A level 1 to 2 severe t'storm risk is in place across Northern Illinois, from early Saturday morning through early Sunday morning. Isolated to widely scattered severe t'storms will be possible, posing a risk of damaging winds and large hail.
