Mon-Thur, July 4-7th Severe T'Storm Episode Update #3

​​​​(11:45PM Monday - 7/4/22) As multiple disturbances move through the region over the next few days, several rounds of rain/t'storms are expected across the state. Given environmental conditions expected to be in place, a severe t'storm risk is expected with some of this activity over the next few days.

​Timing & Location...
•Early Tuesday Morning - Early Wednesday Morning, July 5-6th: Northern and Central Illinois.
•Early Wednesday Morning - Early Thursday Morning, July 6-7th: Much of Illinois.

Impacts...
•A level 1 severe t'storm risk is in place across portions of Northern and Central Illinois, from early Tuesday morning through early Wednesday morning. Isolated severe t'storms will be possible, posing a risk of damaging winds, large hail and an isolated tornado.
•A level 1 severe t'storm risk is in place across a large portion of Illinois, from early Wednesday morning through early Thursday morning. Isolated severe t'storms will be possible, posing a risk of damaging winds, large hail and an isolated tornado.
