(11:30AM Tuesday - 5/3/22) A storm system moving through the region on Saturday, April 30th brought a round of severe t'storms to portions of the state and region, midday Saturday through early Saturday night. These severe t'storms were a product of a well timed storm system moving through the region and a supportive environment for severe t'storms.
-Scattered severe t'storms occurred across the state, midday Saturday through early Saturday night. All modes of severe weather occurred with these severe t'storms, including: Damaging winds, hail and a few tornadoes.
-Officially 4 confirmed tornadoes occurred, across portions of Northern and Central Illinois.
