(10:30PM - 1/1/21) A storm system will move through the region on Saturday and Sunday, bringing periods of snow and minor accumulation to portions of the state.
Summary... A storm system is expected to eject out from the Southern Plains on Saturday, tracking northeastward through the Ohio Valley Saturday night, and into the Eastern Great Lakes on Sunday. Areas of snow are expected to develop and will spread across the state, Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning. There have been differences within model guidance regarding track, but high agreement on a swath of snow cutting across the state with minor snowfall amounts.
