-This afternoon - Midday afternoon, April 16-17th: Northern Illinois.
•High Winds:
-This afternoon - Monday afternoon, April 16-17th: Much of Illinois.

Impacts...
•Snowfall accumulation upwards of a dusting to 3" will be possible across portions of Northern Illinois, this afternoon through Monday afternoon.
•Periods of high winds are expected across much of Illinois this afternoon through Monday afternoon, with wind gusts of 35-45MPH are expected. Locally higher wind gusts are possible.
