Areas of snow and snow showers will spread across portions of Northern and Central Illinois, Thursday morning through early Friday morning. Due to the associated disturbance being fast moving, weak and moisture starved...This will remain a minor/nuisance event. Additionally, some lake enhanced and lake effect snow will be possible across Northeast Illinois near Lake Michigan, from Thursday morning through early Friday morning. What's Expected... Final snowfall totals upwards of 1-3" are possible across portions of Northern Illinois, with a dusting to 1" expected across other portions of the state.
