Impacts... •A level 1 severe t'storm risk is in place across Central and Southern Illinois, from early Friday morning through early Friday afternoon. Isolated severe t'storms will be possible, posing a risk of damaging winds, hail and an isolated tornado. •Snow will be possible across portions of Northern and Central Illinois, early Friday morning through early Friday night. Snow accumulation of a dusting-1" to 2-5" is possible. •Periods of high winds are expected across Central and Southern Illinois, early Friday morning through early Friday night. Wind gusts of 35-50MPH are expected. •Rainfall is expected across much of the state early Thursday night through early Friday night, with a corridor of heavy rainfall likely across portions of Central and Southern Illinois. Rainfall totals of 1.00-3.00" are expected in the heavy rainfall axis, with localized flooding likely.
