Tue-Wed, Jan 24-25th Winter Storm Update #2

​(10:30PM Mon, Jan 23rd 2023) A storm system will move through the region Tuesday through Wednesday. This storm system is expected to bring periods of snow to much of the state, Tuesday evening through Wednesday evening, with light to moderate snowfall accumulation expected across much of the state. Little to no changes were needed with this update.

Impacts...
•A winter storm is expected to bring periods of snow to the state, from Tuesday evening through Wednesday evening, Jan 24-25th. Mixed precip is expected across far Southern Illinois.
•Snowfall accumulation will range from upwards of a dusting-1" to 2-5", from north to south across the state. Locally higher snowfall amounts will be possible in the heaviest snowfall axis.
