This will lead to multiple rounds of rain and t'storms that will traverse the state, with periods of severe t'storm potential and heavy rain/flood potential. Little to no changes were needed to forecasts with this update.

-Wednesday night - Thursday morning, March 22-23rd: Northern & Central Illinois.
-Late Thursday afternoon - Early Friday night, March 23-24th: Southern Illinois.
-Thursday afternoon - Friday night, March 23-24th: Central & Southern Illinois.
•Multiple rounds of severe t'storm potential is possible across portions of the state through Friday night.
•Widespread heavy rainfall is expected across the state, especially Central and Southern Illinois, through Friday night. Rainfall totals upwards of 1.00-5.00" are expected in a corridor across Central and Southern Illinois, with localized to widespread flooding likely.
