Timing & Location... •Severe T'Storm Risk: Tonight - Thursday morning, Feb 15-16th: Southern Illinois. •Snowfall (Mixed Precip): Tonight - Thursday evening, Feb 15-16th: Northern Illinois. Impacts... •A level 1 to 2 severe t'storm risk is in place across Southern Illinois, tonight through Thursday morning. Isolated to widely scattered severe t'storms will be possible, posing a risk of damaging winds, hail and an isolated tornado. •A period of snow is expected across Northern Illinois, tonight through Thursday evening. Snowfall accumulation ranging from a dusting-1" to 4-7" is expected. •Periods of mixed precipitation, including freezing rain, is likely across portions of Northern and Central Illinois, tonight through Thursday evening. Ice accumulation of a glaze to 0.10" is expected, with locally higher totals possible.
